Diversity and Training Images
It's important to try to use images in your safety training that reflect a diverse population. Specific images related to safety can be hard to find in the first place but trying to find safety images that reflect diversity can be almost impossible. The Noun project (a great source for icons for your training materials) has a new set of icons that show women in leadership and STEM positions. I applaud their efforts! Beware the Effects of Daylight Savings Time
The loss of even one hour of sleep has been shown to cause an increase in health problems and accidents. The week after daylight savings time can be particularly worrisome with respect to workplace health and safety. Fatigue is always something to be concerned about but especially after the clocks spring ahead by one hour. The following infographic addresses fatigue in the workplace. Share this freely and encourage others to pay special attention to the hazards of working while fatigued.

Learning Science: Techniques for Better Certification Exam Results
