Beware the Effects of Daylight Savings Time
The loss of even one hour of sleep has been shown to cause an increase in health problems and accidents. The week after daylight savings time can be particularly worrisome with respect to workplace health and safety. Fatigue is always something to be concerned about but especially after the clocks spring ahead by one hour. The following infographic addresses fatigue in the workplace.
