Introducing the A.R.T. of Safety Training Course!
A.R.T. refers to Attention, Retention, and Transfer and are key components of a meaningful and effective safety training class.
In this 6 session course, you will learn how to gain trainee attention, use techniques to maximize retention of content, and create a program that increases transfer of the new knowledge and skills back to trainees' day-to-day job.
Each of the 6 one-hour modules can be completed at your own pace. A detailed workbook will be provided to help guide you through the program, and monthly office hours will be offered to help you with any questions you may have.
